Daiwa Industry Co., Ltd. has developed the "DAIWA ACE" microfiltration and biomembrane filtration system, which can simultaneously remove suspended solids, organic matter, and eutrophication components from water that cause water pollution. The key point is that it uses a special, environmentally friendly, floating resin filter media.

Daiwa Industry was founded in 1966 in Minato Ward, Tokyo, with the aim of purifying all types of water. With the aim of contributing to society through environmental improvement, the company is a pioneer in the comprehensive water treatment Industry. From its founding to the present day, the company has been constantly striving to solve problems related to water treatment, striving to provide high-quality, meticulous services.
Our main business activities are the following four.

What is DAIWA ACE?
This is a floating bed filtration system that uses floating filter media made from a special foamed resin. It can perform microfiltration and biofilm filtration simultaneously. By adjusting the filtration speed and contact time, a single unit can perform two functions: microfiltration for the purpose of removing blue-green algae, and biofilm filtration for the purpose of improving water quality. Furthermore, it requires only a small installation space.

DAIWA ACE has also been adopted in parks in Tokyo, where it has been proven to be a safe water resource system for the birds and small animals that visit the parks.

What is the DAIWANOL series?
The DAIWANOL series is our original chemical series that prevents water problems in cooling towers. The cooling tower environment varies case by case depending on the location, weather, etc. Daiwa Industry has over 50 years of experience and can propose the optimal combination of water treatment chemicals.
Generally, cooling water for cooling towers is heated through a heat exchanger, cooled in the tower, and then circulated for reuse. As evaporation and scattering occur in the cooling tower, calcium and other substances contained in the cooling water become concentrated and adhere as scale, reducing heat exchange efficiency.
Additionally, dust, acidic substances, and microorganisms sucked in from the outside air can cause problems such as corrosion, sludge, clogging, and algae growth in the cooling tower.

What is DAIWA BURASHI CLEANER?
It automatically removes scale, slime, and other buildup inside the tubes, while simultaneously preventing corrosion of each piece of equipment. It maintains the vacuum level of the condenser and the heat transfer rate of the heat exchanger. It is a completely new type of automatic cleaning equipment for protecting thin tubes.
The "storage basket" is a basket with a cap attached. The storage basket is attached to both ends of the cooling tube. Even with a strong water current, the brushes will not fly out of the cooling tube.
